Q Intelligence is operated by Scott Harvey-Whittle trading as SHW Digital Services. We want the website and app to be usable by people with different access needs.

Using Q

The public About, Contact and legal pages are readable without JavaScript. The interactive app needs JavaScript. Public pages support browser zoom and responsive layouts. Navigation uses labelled links and visible keyboard focus. Charts on the Stored Events dashboard also provide text summaries and a table.

Known limitations

Q has not been independently certified as meeting a particular accessibility standard. AI responses, third-party payment and support interfaces, and complex app controls may present barriers. Automated checks alone cannot establish full accessibility. We continue to review keyboard, screen-reader and mobile use.

Email [email protected] with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and your browser or assistive technology if relevant. Please do not include passwords or private journal content. Tell us the format or adjustment that would help; we will discuss a practical alternative.
