Q offers AI-assisted conversations, journalling and practical life resources. Our aim is to help people reflect and find useful information, with clear choices about local and hosted AI.

What Q can and cannot do

Q is a self-help and guidance service. It is not clinical treatment, an emergency responder or a staffed crisis helpline. AI responses can be incorrect. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.

Local AI processes prompts in the browser. Authentication, model downloads, selected cloud continuity and hosted AI use network services. Cloud continuity backups are not end-to-end encrypted.
